Shipping Info: Always registered/tracked shipping.
Items are always safe packed in special LP carton box with extra thick carton(s) included and bubble layer(s) when necessary so that records are unmovable during shipping. Parcel is 'Fragile' taped.
We will be not responsible in case of bad handling during the shipment.
Insurance upon request.
Return Policy: In the case you receive a damaged parcel, due to bad handling during the shipment, we will be not responsible for it and therefore won't be able to send you a partial/full refund for the damage caused by the shipping company, unless parcel had been insured by your request. However, if that damage is only on the outersleeve(s) and since we have stock of it, we can resend you new outersleeve(s) with no cost, but with postage on your end.
